Return & Exchange Policy

At ISFUR, we create luxury pieces with exceptional attention to craftsmanship, fit, and individual client preferences. Because many of our products are made to order, customized, or privately tailored, our return and exchange policy differs from that of standard ready-to-wear retailers.

This policy applies to all purchases made on jxunique.com and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Ready-to-Ship items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

· the return or exchange request is submitted within 14 days of delivery;

· the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition;

· all original tags, packaging, accessories, and protective materials are intact;

· the item is free from perfume, makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear or handling;

· the return has been reviewed and authorized by ISFUR in advance.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless an item is incorrect, defective, or materially different from the specifications confirmed with you, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

· made-to-order items;

· customized or personalized items;

· privately tailored items or items made to submitted measurements;

· sale items marked as Final Sale;

· gift cards.

For handcrafted pieces or products made with natural materials, minor variations in tone, texture, finish, or pattern, as well as reasonable color differences caused by screen display settings, are not considered defects.

3. Made-to-Order and Custom Orders

Orders for made-to-order, customized, or privately tailored items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Once design details, measurements, materials, color selections, or other specifications have been confirmed and production has started, the order becomes non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except where:

· the item has a verified manufacturing defect;

· the item received is incorrect; or

· the item materially differs from the specifications confirmed with you.

In such cases, ISFUR will review the matter and may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, remake, or refund.

4. Exchanges

Ready-to-Ship items are eligible for one exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

Size exchanges are available for the same style only. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

Made-to-order, customized, and privately tailored items are not eligible for size exchanges unless the sizing error is attributable to ISFUR.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, incorrect, or visibly defective, you must contact ISFUR within 48 hours of delivery.

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect that was not reasonably visible upon delivery, you must contact ISFUR within 7 days of delivery.

To support our review, please provide:

· your order number;

· clear photos of the item;

· clear photos of the outer packaging;

· a short video if the issue is better shown in motion.

Items must not be returned without prior written authorization from ISFUR. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team through the Contact Us page on jxunique.com within the applicable time period.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

For approved returns or exchanges due to personal preference, size selection, or any non-quality-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related duties, taxes, or customs charges.

If the return is approved because ISFUR shipped the wrong item or because of a verified defect, ISFUR will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return solution.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as ISFUR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Inspection and Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions set out in this policy, the return or exchange may be declined and the item may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

9. Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Unless the return is due to a ISFUR error or a verified defect, the following are non-refundable:

· original shipping fees;

· duties and taxes;

· expedited delivery charges;

· return shipping costs.

10. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, ISFUR may deduct the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any handling charges from any eligible refund.
